| Operating Heavy Automobile equipment and Stacker reclaimer as per instruction and schedule given by Foreman. completing task on time with safety , as per instruction of incharge.

• Should have knowledge to operate Wheel loader, forklift, bobcat, etc.
• Handling Raw materials (pellets) & finished product (DRI).
• Distributing materials in different area as desired.
• Removal of Unwanted material (Sludge) and oxide Fines in proper location for further processing.
• Loading & Dispatching of DRI Fines as per instructions from Foreman.
• Reporting to foreman after completion of job.
• Maintaining the Day bin levels by timely stacking & Reclaiming of raw Material Pellets.
• Proper checking of equipments and maintaining its cleanliness.
• Co-ordination with Automobile section for planned maintenance of their equipments
• Cleaning of equipments and even stackers housekeeping as per schedule
• Handover all the equipments to sr. operator and explain him the pending job at the time of relieving
• To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
• To follow safety instructions related to his jobs.
• To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
• To keep the provided PPEs in good and workable conditions.
• To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
• To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
• To attend safety trainings planned for him.
• Having a right to say “NO” to any unsafe work.
