What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance for various services
- Ensure member safety by understanding their distress and documenting details accurately
- Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
- Relay critical information to teams to expedite the dispatching process
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
- Strong empathy and desire to help those in distress
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
