What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Complete outbound/inbound telephonic outreach to members using auto dialer and manual dialing
• Schedule in-home visits with licensed medical staff and resolve any scheduling issues
• Provide excellent customer service to engage members effectively
• Meet established productivity, time management, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance
• Maintain confidentiality of health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of call center and/or telephonic customer service experience
• 1+ years of professional experience in an office setting using telephone and computer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in healthcare or insurance benefits
• Familiarity with Medicaid and/or Medicare
• Bilingual fluency in English and/or Spanish
• Experience as a telecommuter
• Comfort with technology and multiple systems
