What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Complete outbound/inbound telephonic outreach to members using auto dialer and manual dialing
- Schedule in-home visits with licensed medical staff and resolve any scheduling issues
- Provide excellent customer service to engage members effectively
- Meet established productivity, time management, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance
- Maintain confidentiality of health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of call center and/or telephonic customer service experience
- 1+ years of professional experience in an office setting using telephone and computer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in healthcare or insurance benefits
- Familiarity with Medicaid and/or Medicare
- Bilingual fluency in English and/or Spanish
- Experience as a telecommuter
- Comfort with technology and multiple systems
