Buddy Brew Coffee is hiring Caf Supervisors to lead new small format caf locations across Tampa Bay This is a unique opportunity to step into a store leadership role and help launch an exciting new chapter of Buddy Brew In these cafs youll be the primary leaderowning guest experience shift execution coffee quality inventory and team culture within a small high performing team What youll do Lead shifts with strong hospitality and operational efficiency Coach and develop baristas in real time Drive drink and food quality speed and cleanliness standards Support staffing call outs coverage and basic operations inventory ordering Help keep your caf running smoothly day to day What were looking for Experience as a Shift Lead Supervisor or similar leadership role in coffee or food service Strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail Ability to lead in a fast paced environment and coach peers effectively Reliable organized and calm under pressure Training includes Supervisor Academy at our Kennedy location Hands on training in high performing cafs Final readiness evaluation before leading a store Compensation 1820hour based on experience tip share floor hours Estimated total compensation 47Kyear
