Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
- Experience as Business Systems Analyst;
- Experience with Business process analysis, mapping and complex operational analysis;
- Stakeholder interviews and communication experience;
- Experience with process improvement methodologies;
- Experience with functional specifications and user story development
Preferred:
Statistical analysis and reporting experience;
- System implementation support experience;
- Cross-functional team management experience
Responsibilities:
- Experience with conducting complex operational and statistical analyses to support data-driven decision making within the business unit.
- Experience with gathering and documenting requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
- Experience with creating detailed process maps, workflows, and functional specifications to describe current and future state processes.
- Experience with coordinating and leading medium to large project teams and cross-functional project activities.
- Experience with reviewing, validating, and approving analytical findings and preparing them for presentation to senior management.
- Experience with identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting implementation of system enhancements.
- Experience with mentoring and guiding junior analysts and collaborating with other business units on shared initiatives.
