Enable Smarter Systems.We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to join our IT Business Solutions team, reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Business Solutions. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, coordinating technical design, and implementing solutions that optimize financial and enterprise systems. By collaborating across IS teams, internal corporate departments, vendors, and customers, you will ensure systems support the company’s business objectives and enhance decision-making. This position also provides Tier 2 support and escalates unresolved issues appropriately.Key Responsibilities Gather and document detailed requirements to fully define projectsProvide Tier 2 support for all applications and escalate unresolved issuesCollaborate with IT departments and corporate teams to design and implement financial and enterprise systemsParticipate in planning and delivering capital projects, enhancements, break/fix requests, and other initiativesPrepare system flow charts, decision tables, record layouts, screen displays, and report formatsAttend meetings with user departments to identify operational procedures, data input, and reporting requirementsDevelop project plans outlining tasks, timeframes, and required resourcesEvaluate hardware/software needs, analyze feasibility, and prepare project time/cost estimatesWork with management and system users to identify information needs and support decision-makingEnsure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality solutionsRecommend process improvements and assist in documentation updatesAbout You Qualifications — What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience4-6 years of experience as an analyst supporting financial and/or Payroll/HR systemsProven knowledge of computer systems, applications, development, and testing methodologiesStrong business knowledge with ability to conceptualize and convert processes into computer applicationsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and effectively with all levels of the organizationAbility to work under stress and respond quickly to changing prioritiesLogical and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize projectsKnowledge of project management processes and executionAbility to model business processes and support design of new computer systemsStrong knowledge of clinical systems used in the divisionFluent in English with consistent attendance * PMP Certification

  • Travel availability as required
