Business Process Designer
Overview
- This role is an early-career Business Process Designer supporting the ServiceNow implementation across Sales and Order Management, Customer Projects, and Field Services. The position is responsible for developing detailed business process designs that align with enterprise strategies, minimize manual touchpoints, and enable scalable, data-driven automation. Working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and program managers, the Business Process Designer documents requirements, defines workflows, and ensures process standardization to support consistent adoption across functions. Additional responsibilities include establishing performance metrics and KPIs within ServiceNow, validating alignment to business outcomes, and contributing to user acceptance testing. With 1–3 years of process design experience, the ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with business process modeling and workflow tools. This collaborative role requires a hands-on, results-driven team player with excellent communication skills and a focus on efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
Compensation
- $50.00 – $59.52 per hour
