About the Opportunity: The Business Development & Procurement Manager supports business development initiatives and leads key vendor coordination efforts. This role ensures vendor management operations and contract workflows are aligned across departments. It is responsible for tracking, reviewing, and advancing vendor negotiations through a structured process, contributing to efficient procurement and vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update a master list of active vendor negotiations, tracking needs, costs, timelines, owners, and status
  • Ensure cross-departmental visibility and buy-in for new vendor engagements
  • Coordinate the deal intake process and support clarification discussions with business leaders
  • Determine whether submissions require full support or a self-service approach
  • Provide guidance, templates, and documentation for self-service deals
  • Monitor deal progress, resolve issues, and enforce process consistency
  • Update the master list as deals advance through stages
  • Generate reports and summaries based on the master list
  • Support the Pipeline Review Committee with agenda preparation and status reporting
  • Collaborate with business leaders, Legal, Finance, IT, and internal teams for cross-departmental input
  • Assist with onboarding newly signed vendors and smooth system setup transitions
  • Ensure completed deals are recorded accurately in Salesforce and the active deals database

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, procurement, or partner management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
  • Solid understanding of contracts and procurement workflows
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
  • Project-oriented mindset with experience managing timelines involving multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with digital media, technology vendors, and AI tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, AdobeSign, and collaboration tools

Pay Range and Compensation Package: The annualized base salary for this role ranges between $115,000 and $135,000. Base compensation varies based on factors including location, education, skills, certifications, and experience. Variable compensation may apply but is not reflected in the stated figures.
