Stake Construction is a NYC-based design-build firm specializing in luxury residential renovations and ground-up development across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. We work on high-end co-ops, condos, townhouses, and multifamily projects — handling everything from initial design through final finishes. We’re a growing company with an experienced project management team, active job sites, and a strong referral network. We’re looking for a driven sales professional to help us scale.

The Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to own our sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract. This is a client-facing role that requires someone who understands construction, can speak confidently about scope and process, and knows how to build long-term relationships in the NYC luxury market. You’ll work directly with ownership and be a key part of how the company grows.
