We’re Hiring | Business Development Director — Private Investments

California | Full-Time W-2 | Remote Flexible

Base Salary: $72,000/year

Per Qualified Appointment: $250 — paid when they show up, not when they sign

Target: 3 appointments/day | 60/month

At-Target Earnings: $252,000/year

This is not a typical BD role. We don’t have a cold call list. We don’t want a script reader. We want someone who knows people — and whose calls get answered.

WHAT IS A QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT?

A prospect who:

  • Has investable capital outside their primary business
  • Is considering placing $100,000–$1,000,000
  • Shows genuine interest and shows up to the call

You get paid the moment they show up. Not when they invest. Not after a close. When they show up.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

→ Reach out to your personal network and warm referrals

→ Have honest, brief conversations to gauge interest

→ Schedule qualified calls directly with our CEO

→ Attend occasional events and dinners as a company representative

WHAT YOU WON’T DO

→ Cold call strangers

→ Pitch or close investors yourself

→ Handle paperwork or compliance
