Business Data Analyst (MedInsight)

2. About the Opportunit y: TheBusiness Data Analyst will analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights that support business management and improvement strategies. This role is critical for translating data into meaningful findings that influence decision-making and drive organizational goals. The position contributes by developing data reports, visualizations, and models that enable better understanding of business performance and opportunities

3. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into data reporting requirements
• Document data sources, definitions, methodologies, and processes for data integrity and team knowledge
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Canva
• Conduct data analyses and modeling to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards
• Present findings through clear reports, presentations, and infographics
• Perform regular data audits and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams
• Continuously update skills and knowledge in data analysis and business intelligence

4. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL experience is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Canva knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrates respect in interactions with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Overall salary range: $71,700 — $131,905
• For candidates in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia: $82,455 — $131,905
• For all other locations: $71,700 — $114,700
• Salary will be determined based on education, experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, and other relevant factors
