Title: Business Analyst (Very strong in Jira, SDLC, WMS & WCS)

Location: Mooresville, IN (Onsite)

WCS experience is not mandatory but need to have knowledge.

The focus is primarily on strong functional expertise in WMS & LMS Blue Yonder, and related systems, along with excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Role Expectations

  • Primary responsibility: review and write user stories in Jira based on business requirements.
  • Candidates must have strong knowledge of Jira and the full SDLC process.
  • Should be capable of independently writing user stories without assistance.
  • Must present user stories in grooming sessions and answer stakeholder questions confidently.

Communication Skills

  • Strong verbal proficiency is essential.
  • Candidates will face a wider audience (business stakeholders, TS team, developers).
  • Must handle questions from various stakeholders and provide clear, confident answers.

Technical/Functional Mix

  • Role is 80% functional (user stories), 20% technical.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing bugs, defects, and spikes (not implementation or rollout work).
  • Exposure to LMS is desirable.
  • Strong experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and WCS (Exacta).
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder is required, along with integration experience with WCS.

Current Team Gap

  • Existing team members are not performing at the required level.
  • Need for a strong candidate who can take ownership, interact effectively with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality user stories.
