• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting software development teams with user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 1 year of experience with public-sector or government projects
• 1 year of familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• 1 year of experience conducting user training and developing user guides
