What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead business analysis efforts for large-scale projects across various domains such as Insurance, Loan Processing, CRM, Billing, and Call Center systems
• Elicit, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements using Agile/Scrum or SAFe methodologies
• Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to refine and prioritize user stories and epics in JIRA
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user story refinement sessions to gather and validate requirements
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis across federal or enterprise clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/SAFe frameworks
• Strong experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CaliberRM, and Clarity
• Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with requirements traceability, gap analysis, and enterprise-wide collaboration

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience transitioning business analysis functions from Waterfall to Agile
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Instructor or training background in business analysis principles
