What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with leadership to develop, prioritize, and measure strategic roadmap initiatives
- Lead projects from discovery through implementation and close-out
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and bridge communication between stakeholders
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process maps
- Leverage data to define and measure progress on initiatives and present actionable insights
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-4 years of project management experience
- Minimum 5 years in business analysis, systems, or project management roles
- Hands-on experience with Workday (Core HCM, Recruiting, or Compensation preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Demonstrated success implementing HRIS or enterprise system improvements
- Proficiency in visualization and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment
