What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with leadership to develop, prioritize, and measure strategic roadmap initiatives
• Lead projects from discovery through implementation and close-out
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and bridge communication between stakeholders
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process maps
• Leverage data to define and measure progress on initiatives and present actionable insights

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of project management experience
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, systems, or project management roles
• Hands-on experience with Workday (Core HCM, Recruiting, or Compensation preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Demonstrated success implementing HRIS or enterprise system improvements
• Proficiency in visualization and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
• Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment
