What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for complex technology initiatives
• Develop clear requirements artifacts and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align on requirements and solution approaches
• Participate in Agile activities, supporting backlog definition and clarification
• Support testing and validation by assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior-level Business Analyst in a related technology field
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work efforts
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently and in a team

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices, including experience in Scrum or Kanban
• Familiarity with Agile artifacts and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Experience in the understanding, development, and documentation of use cases
• Ability to create structured use case narratives and diagrams
• Experience in process documentation and process mapping
