Business Analyst

Requirements

Must have:

– We require a degree in Business Analytics or a closely related discipline; a masters degree is preferred. – We prefer candidates with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to supply chain, product management, or operations. – We need strong proficiency with MS Office, SQL, and Tableau, with Python as a preferred skill. – We are looking for hands-on experience with business analysis practices, including requirements elicitation and documentation. – We value solid data analysis and problem-solving capabilities. – We expect familiarity with Agile methods, project management fundamentals, and SDLC processes for analytics initiatives. – We require experience with database design concepts and platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle. – We prefer knowledge of R, Python, VBA, Bash scripting, ETL tools such as Talend, and linked data concepts. – We need someone who can communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders. – We require fluency in both Chinese and English. – We require the ability to work onsite and follow an 8-hour workday / 40-hour workweek schedule.

Responsibilities:

• We analyze business, operational, and customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities. – We develop reports, forecasting models, and actionable recommendations for leadership. – We support B2B and B2C strategies, including digital and web-based initiatives. – We help improve business processes and strengthen operational efficiency. – We work closely with cross-functional partners to advance business goals and process improvements. – We gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders. – We serve as the communication bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment. – We collaborate with Data Analysts and Programmers to translate requirements into effective solutions. – We support quality assurance by reviewing BI dashboards, testing new EEC modules, and confirming that deliverables meet requirements. – We assess existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend practical enhancements.
