About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Business Analyst Staff with a robust background in Oracle EPM to support our ongoing business application systems overhaul. This role is integral to our 1LMX program, which aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve process workflows, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions. As an Oracle EPM Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to analyze current processes, gather requirements, and design effective solutions that align with organizational goals. Your expertise will be pivotal in system implementation, testing, and support activities, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal system performance. This full-time remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Lockheed Martin’s strategic initiatives from anywhere, with periodic travel to corporate offices as needed.
Qualifications
- Significant experience with Oracle EPM applications implementation and support, especially Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and Oracle EPM Tax Reporting (TRCS)
- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, solution recommendation, and process modeling
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to system access restrictions
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze operational procedures and gather business requirements
- Document and model business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
- Oversee system updates, configurations, and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications
- Participate in testing activities, including creating test cases, managing defect tracking, and ensuring system requirements are met
- Support user training, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of functional and integration issues
- Lead organizational change management efforts related to new system features or process changes
- Manage master data, user provisioning, and system security configurations
- Evaluate third-party solutions and assist in system documentation and approval processes
- Support monthly system update cycles and ensure data integrity across systems
