What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Gather and analyze data to understand trends, relationships, and insights that impact business operations
• Develop detailed business cases to support project and program initiatives, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments
• Prepare After Action reports that review the outcomes of projects and initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and lessons learned
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must have an active secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or 2 years of relevant experience with an Associate’s degree equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business analysis and program management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certification in business analysis (CBAP) or project management (PMP) is desired
• Army experience is desired, with Army NETCOM experience considered a plus
