Business Analyst Task Management Tool TMTAbout Blue Rose Consulting GroupBlue Rose Consulting Group is a mission driven federal contractor dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that support our clients and the communities they serve People First Mission Always We believe exceptional outcomes start with exceptional people and we are committed to building teams where talented professionals can grow contribute and make a meaningful impact About the RolePeople First Mission Always Locations Northern Virginia Washington DC Multiple Openings; Scott AFB IL One Opening Work Arrangement 100 On site Remote Option None Work Authorization US Citizen Clearance Requirement Prefered Secret Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking multiple Business Analysts to support new and existing deployments of the Task Management Tool TMT This is an on site client facing role requiring strong communication and technical aptitude The Business Analyst will work directly with business users project sponsors senior leadership and technical team members to support the deployment enhancement and continued expansion of TMT and the Microsoft Power Platform The ideal candidate will be early in their career with a strong technical foundation in areas such as coding analytics data engineering or artificial intelligence along with exceptional communication skills The Business Analyst will serve as a primary customer site contact working closely with senior leadership business users and technical staff The role will also be supported by experienced specialists in technology application development and project management Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary on site contact for customers supporting TMT and Microsoft Power Platform solutions Provide help desk support and application troubleshooting for Microsoft Power Platform SharePoint Online Other Microsoft 365 applications connected to TMT Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide analytics metrics and insights into tasking behavior Work directly with customers to manage expectations regarding solution functionality Advise customers on best practices for configuring Power Apps and TMT Coach customers on change management activities supporting new initiatives Conduct classroom training for users Provide desk side support to users and staff Update customer training materials and Standard Operating Procedures SOPs Prepare presentations for leadership briefings Conduct testing for new software builds Lead customer adoption activities associated with new software releases and functionality Create test and maintain automation flows supporting end user processes Assist technical staff during solution installation activities including Account creation System configurations Troubleshooting Provide administrative support for related tasking processes Collaborate with business users project sponsors senior leadership developers and other technical team members Support updates and expansion of functionality within TMT and the Power Platform Minimum QualificationsAbility to work on site 100 of the time Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong technical aptitude Ability to work effectively in a client facing environment Ability to communicate with business users technical staff project sponsors and senior leadership Technical background or experience in one or more of the following areas Coding Analytics Data Engineering Artificial Intelligence Ability to obtain Microsoft PL 900 andor PL 300 certification Preferred Candidate ProfileEarly career professional with a strong technical and analytical foundation HIGHLY preferred Active Secret clearance Strong academic background Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to translate technical concepts for business users and leadership Strong customer service orientation Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively within a complex client environment Interest in Microsoft Power Platform data analytics business applications and emerging technologies Why Join Blue RoseAt Blue Rose youll have the opportunity to combine your technical analytical and communication skills while working directly with federal customers and senior leadership Youll gain hands on experience with TMT Power BI Power Apps SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 automation analytics testing training and customer adoption while being supported by experienced technology and project professionals This is an excellent opportunity for an early career professional who wants to build both technical depth and client facing consulting experience People First Mission Always
