Position Overview

HYBE America is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated intern to join our Brands team. The Brands Team intern will support the team with various administrative and creative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our sales initiatives. No prior experience in the entertainment industry is necessary, but a passion for music and marketing is essential.

This is a hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update artist one sheets and artist roster
  • Draft business focused posts to highlight recent activities and accomplishments
  • Create engaging newsletters for internal and external audiences
  • Maintain and update internal team spreadsheets
  • Conduct industry news and brand prospecting to identify potential opportunities
  • Pull reports from reporting tools to support the team’s research efforts

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Basic design skills for creating newsletters and one sheets
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • A passion for music and marketing
  • Must be able to legally work within the United States

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience designing with Canva
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign
  • Prior experience or exposure to the entertainment industry
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or are currently pursuing one

Compensation

This role is paid on an hourly basis, with up to 35 hours per week. The hourly rate for this position is $17.81 per hour, in accordance with the Los Angeles minimum wage at the time of posting. This rate does not include any additional benefits or other compensatory components.
