Bookkeeper
Job Description BookkeeperResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable: Create and submit invoices/payment applications, receive payments, process daily bank deposits, weekly collections, maintain customer files
- Accounts Payable: Review and enter bills, process weekly payments, maintain vendor files
- Generate ad hoc financial reports
- Research, track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
- Daily and monthly reconciliation of all bank/credit card accounts
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in the construction industry
- Excellent computer skills: Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Positive attitude
