Job objectives

Based on the actual needs of scientific research clients, formulate personalized bioinformatics analysis plans, assist in consultation and closing deals;

Conduct mining and research on multi-omics data and clinical data, lead the team to complete bioinformatics data analysis tasks, and achieve project closure;

Be responsible for the construction and maintenance of the bioinformatics knowledge base to enhance the competitiveness of the team.

Job Responsibilities

Formulate bioinformatics analysis plans, conduct pre-sales promotion, and implement bioinformatics analysis for scientific research projects;

Lead the product design and development of bioinformatics analysis processes based on various single-omics and multi-omics data (proteomics/RNA-seq, etc.) for tumor and other immune disease-related samples; conduct in-depth exploration of bioinformatics analysis methods, expand omics databases and apply them;

Participate in the design of technical topic plans for product projects, provide bioinformatics algorithm support, and sort out analysis ideas;

Track and manage major scientific service projects of the company;

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Background Requirements

Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics, systems biology or related fields;

Possessing an interdisciplinary knowledge system integrating biomedicine, mathematical and physical sciences, and information science;

Having strong research capabilities, with a systematic and solid theoretical foundation in bioinformatics and computational systems biology, and familiar with the characteristics and development trends of precision medicine and big biological science;

Having research experience in omics and clinical multi-omics projects.
