The Bilingual HR/Benefits Administrator supports the administration of employee benefits programs and provides high-quality assistance to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries. This entry-level role is responsible for assisting with benefits enrollment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities: Benefits Administration Support Assist with the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans Support employees with benefits inquiries, enrollments, status changes, and terminations in HRIS and vendor systems Assist with billing processes, including invoice preparation and coordination of timely payments Help maintain and update procedures related to audits and internal controls Support open enrollment activities, including communications, coordination, and employee assistance Employee Support & Communication Respond to employee questions regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims in both English and Spanish Guide employees through the benefits election process and explain plan options Assist employees with technical issues related to benefits platforms and enrollment tools Provide high-quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Vendor & Team Collaboration Coordinate with benefits vendors and third-party administrators to resolve employee issues. Partner with HR, payroll, and management teams to ensure accurate benefits processing. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
