Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, cold-call, and engage potential clients across industries to generate new business leads.
- Conduct market research to understand client hiring needs and tailor pitch strategies accordingly.
- Present staffing solutions and service offerings to decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and follow-up processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track candidate placements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet monthly sales targets and deliver progress reports to management.
