About the role

VeryAI is a Proof of Reality platform building palm-scan identity verification on Solana. Backed by Polychain Capital ($10M seed), with Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko as angel investor.

The BD Manager will own partnerships with crypto exchanges, fintechs and Web3 platforms. Job Status: Ongoing Recruiting.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with enterprises, platforms, and institutions

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to different verticals and use cases

  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to align offerings with market needs

  • Represent VeryAI at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

  • Track emerging opportunities in digital authenticity, AI regulation, and enterprise tech

Ideal candidate profile

• 3–7 years BD/partnerships experience

• Background in identity verification, KYC/AML, biometrics or privacy tech

• B2B SaaS with proven pipeline ownership

• Web3 or crypto experience a strong plus

• SF preferred, NYC or Miami accepted

• Re-engage Worldcoin candidates — include equity in all outreach

Salary range:$90K–$125K equity
