Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a R&D Bus Attendant. (Per R&D contract Attendant must be 21 years or older) As a Bus Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers, particularly Adult Special needs during their bus transportation to their day programs. This is a vital role in providing a positive and comfortable experience for all passengers. Responsibilities: – Assist our clients with boarding and exiting the bus safely – Maintain order and discipline among passengers to ensure a safe and peaceful environment – Monitor passenger behavior and address any issues or concerns promptly and appropriately – Collaborate with the bus driver to ensure smooth operation of the bus route – Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and program staff – Provide basic first aid assistance if needed – Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bus interior – Follow all safety procedures and protocols
