Athletic Coach (Head Girls Varsity Tennis Coach)

This position involves organizing, supervising, and coaching a high school sports program, requiring successful coaching experience and strong knowledge of the sport’s technical aspects. The head coach reports to the athletic director, manages assistant coaches, and serves as a role model for student athletes.

Responsibilities include implementing athletic policies, training staff, scheduling events, ensuring safety and equipment maintenance, and fostering character development in students. The coach promotes good sportsmanship, manages discipline, and supports athletes academically and socially.

Additional duties encompass budget management, equipment oversight, public relations, and community engagement. The role demands strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to balance community expectations with educational objectives while maintaining a safe, respectful, and effective sports environment.
