2. About the Opportunit y: TheAssociate Tech Support Analyst role involves providing direct technical support to Radiology customers, specifically handling calls and troubleshooting issues related to PACS and RIS radiology systems. This position supports government customers within the U.S. and plays a critical role in improving customer complaint resolution rates. The role contributes to maintaining system functionality and customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal teams and managing technical issues effectively. It offers telecommuting flexibility while addressing complex technical challenges

3. Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot production RIS and PACS radiology system issues involving networks, Windows servers, enterprise hardware, storage systems, and Oracle databases
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as R&D, Technical Response, Systems Engineering, Production & Installation, and Sales to fulfill customer requests
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system administration tasks
  • Identify and promote opportunities for team education and development
  • Participate in creating training materials
  • Suggest competence and career growth opportunities to management

4. Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tech support diagnosing and troubleshooting software or computer systems
  • At least 1 year of experience in programming, scripting, or command line usage
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM Eastern or Central Time Zones
  • Ability to work on call and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Computer Technology
  • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, A
  • Experience in a customer service environment

  • Ability to acquire in-depth product knowledge

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Hourly pay range: $28.94 to $51.83, based on full-time employment, education, experience, certifications, and local labor markets
  • Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility
