About the Opportunity:

The organization is a fast-growing, culturally diverse company in the U.S. providing auto loans to underserved consumers with flexible financing options and tri-lingual support. The Associate, People Operations supports various People Operations functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance programs, compliance, and HR technology to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and issues

• Resolve employee issues promptly to foster a positive experience

• Support development and delivery of employee engagement initiatives

• Co-lead weekly new-hire orientation sessions

• Conduct exit interviews and document feedback

• Assist with socialization and engagement programs

• Support management training programs and coordinate logistics for company-wide events

• Manage HR systems including HRIS, rewards platform, learning management, and travel system

• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with vendor selection

• Generate HRIS reports and maintain accurate data

• Assist in delivering training across HR and professional topics

• Act as a point of contact for the learning management system

• Support monitoring and evaluation of training effectiveness

• Communicate and administer HR policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate employee records

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related function

• Strong understanding of foundational HR principles and best practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Compensation:

• $23.86/hour plus bonus
