Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.Job Description Responsible for executing activities related to onboarding, separations, and administrative HR functions. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, effective interpersonal skills, and problem-solving capability. The ability to wear multiple hats to address challenges is essential for long-term success.Key Responsibilities Support the recruitment function and own the onboarding and offboarding processInitiate and review background checks and drug screeningsPrepare offer letters and complete new hire setup within the HRIS (Paylocity)Manage manager and employee communicationsEnsure new hires are successfully integrated through follow-up and communication with managementLaunch 30- and 90-day new hire engagement surveys and communicate quarterly metricsConduct new hire orientationsComplete Sage setup for new hires, including timekeeping and project setupPrepare separation letters and execute HRIS termination actionsManage unemployment communications with external vendorCoordinate with Payroll on matters including terminations, PTO, tax, and pay setupSupport immigration requirements in coordination with attorney and employeeCreate and maintain employee personnel recordsAdhere to internal processes, documentation requirements, reporting, and auditing standardsLead with a highly engaged, can-do attitude and foster the same within the teamSupport employees during the benefits enrollment processAssist with employee eventsMaintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on PowerPoint and ExcelPerform other duties as assigned or as business needs requireQualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human ResourcesMinimum of two years of experience in a similar roleExperience in manufacturing or engineering environments strongly preferredMinimum of one year of experience using an HRIS such as Paylocity, SAP, SuccessFactors, or similarStrong organizational skills with proven attention to detail and ability to multitaskAdditional Information Why Join Us?
