Stellantis Financial Services SFS is the new captive finance company for one of the worlds leading automakers and a mobility provider with iconic brands including Abarth Alfa Romeo Chrysler Citron Dodge DS Automobiles Fiat Jeep Lancia Maserati Opel Peugeot Ram Vauxhall Free2move and Leasys Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customers experience Position Summary The Associate Director Release Train Engineer serves as a servant leader and coach for multiple agile teams facilitating ART events and processes while assisting teams in delivering value The RTE is responsible for driving alignment across teams removing organization level impediments managing risks in agile teams and across various project dependencies and fostering relentless improvement Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams the RTE ensures transparency effective communication and adherence to lean and agile principles This role requires strong leadership facilitation and problem solving skills to enable predictable delivery and continuous flow of value across the enterprise Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate Agile Release Train ART events such as PI Planning Scrum of Scrums System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshopsEnsure alignment of teams to the Product vision objectives and roadmapDrive continuous improvement across multiple ARTs by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutionsManage and communicate program level risks across various ARTs and project portfolios dependencies and impediments; escalate as neededCollaborate with Product Management System Architects and other stakeholders to ensure value delivery to end customerMaintain transparency through effective use of metrics dashboards and reportingSupport and coach Scrum Masters Product Owners and Technical leaders in Lean Agile principlesFoster a culture of collaboration innovation and relentless improvement across teamsCoordinate with other RTEs Solution Train Engineers and 3rd party vendors for cross ART dependenciesEnsure compliance with organizational governance and delivery standardsHelp create standard operating procedures along with templates and artifacts across various agile teams and agile projectsAdditional responsibilities may be added as business needs evolveQualifications and Competencies Required To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill andor ability required Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Required Experience Minimum 7 years in technology delivery eg Scrum Master Technical Program Manager and a minimum 5 years in leadership rolesExpert in SAFE and Lean Agile principles with hands on experience facilitating PI Planning System Demos and Inspect & Adapt events for ARTs or multi team programsProven ability to manage program level risks dependencies and impediments across multiple teams 48Skilled in using delivery metrics predictability flow velocity WIP defect trends to drive continuous improvementProficient with Jira andor Azure DevOps including boards roadmaps dependency mapping and dashboardsStrong collaboration and communication skills influencing cross functional teams and executive leadershipDemonstrated ability to mentor teams resolve conflict and lead cultural change through strategic thinking and organizational change managementSAFE SPC SSM POPM RTE; knowledge of auto finance operations and regulatory frameworks Dodd Frank CFPB is a plus Education Bachelors Degree Typically in Business Administration Computer Science Information Technology Organizational Development Engineering or a related field Skills RequiredDemonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban SAFe with practical application in both operational and customer focused environments; proficient in Agile tools such as Jira Confluence and Azure DevOpsStrong communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and align cross functional teams including executive leadershipProven ability to mentor teams resolve conflict and drive cultural change through strategic thinking and organizational change management practicesAnalytical mindset with experience interpreting Agile performance metrics to support continuous improvement and data driven decision makingKnowledge of auto finance operations eg loan origination servicing and understanding of regulatory frameworks eg Dodd Frank CFPB are a plus Overtime required required on an as needed basisTravel 0 10 as required on an as needed basisMust have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities Atlanta GA;
