Associate, Data Reporting

2. About the Opportunity:
The Associate, Data Reporting supports the delivery and compliance of data reporting requirements for government contracts across all markets. This role works closely with the Manager, Data Reporting to track deadlines, gather documentation, ensure data accuracy, support audits, and manage key data entry tasks. The position is essential for maintaining compliance with current and future government contracts and contributes directly to fulfilling contractual obligations and supporting organizational funding.
3. Responsibilities:
• Track and report performance and demographic data for government contracts across all program sites
• Manage data entry and reporting through various agency portals and timelines
• Allocate learners to contracts, verify eligibility, manage referrals, update Salesforce, and prepare monthly reports
• Support monthly data reporting needed for the billing process
• Assist leadership in managing government funder relationships, training participation, and organizing contract documentation
• Perform additional reporting duties as required by new contracts
• Provide customer service and support to program sites and external partners
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in reports, Salesforce, and government portals
• Coordinate with local sites and admissions to ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Support staff training and office hours for ongoing coaching on government contracts and performance
4. Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience working with data, databases, and reporting
• Strong data management skills including compiling, submitting program data, and tracking contract goals
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks
• Commitment to data integrity, accuracy, privacy, and confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to handle confidential student data with adherence to privacy policies
• Strong customer service orientation
• Interest in technology workforce development and organizational mission
• Experience with government data and systems preferred but not required
• Proficiency in managing datasets, data entry, form completion, and troubleshooting online portals
• Resourcefulness and organizational skills to manage details and support colleagues
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The targeted salary range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000, varying based on candidate location, qualifications, and experience.
