Associate Application Support Administrator

The Facets Operations team is seeking an Associate Application Support Administrator to support Windows Server–based production applications critical to claims and Medicaid operations. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting, cross-team collaboration, and active participation in Facets upgrades—helping ensure reliable performance, smooth integrations, and regulatory compliance across production environments.

Required Skills:

  • Experience supporting Windows Server–based production applications
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting of application, system, and integration issues
  • Ability to work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
  • Experience supporting production environments in regulated or high‑availability systems
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Facets
  • Knowledge of IIS and application services
  • PowerShell experience
  • Familiarity with Scrum / Agile methodologies

Note:

  • This is a fully remote role, but onsite interviews at our Chattanooga, TN headquarters will be required.
  • An on‑call rotation is required once every five weeks.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Works under general supervision and relies on significant knowledge to support and administer production support applications.
  • Coordinates problem solving and troubleshooting activities.
  • Technical liaison between application development and infrastructure teams for production environment design, setup, configuration, and implementation.
  • Coordinates with application areas to ensure all integration points with existing systems and infrastructure work properly.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

  • 1 year – Experience in Information Technology required

SkillsCertifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
