Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager for our Rosemary Beach, FL location. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain exceptional customer service, and achieve sales goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and fostering a welcoming and luxury-oriented environment for customers. Additionally, the Assistant Store Manager will actively engage with clients, address inquiries, and contribute to creating a positive and personalized shopping experience in alignment with LUMINARY’s values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention, ensuring effective operations and safeguarding assets
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver a luxury experience aligned with LUMINARY standards
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and leadership effectively
• Ability to manage and motivate team members to maintain a high level of professionalism and performance
• Familiarity with luxury retail operations and design-focused environments is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• A passion for luxury goods, interior design, and fashion is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
