This role provides strategic leadership by collaborating with managers across campus to ensure career-readiness principles are embedded in the student employment lifecycle.This role provides resources, best practices, programs, and trainings to help supervisors effectively supervise and coach student employees, while also equipping students with career-readiness education and opportunities to develop transferable skills. This position provides leadership by supervising the Graduate Assistant for On-Campus Student Employment and advising student employee and manager advisory boards.
