Schedules Available:1st Shift (Day): Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift (Night): Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMAbout the Role As an Assembler, you will play a key role in bringing complex aerospace systems to life. From reading blueprints to building and testing assemblies, your hands-on work directly supports mission-critical components used in civilian and military aircraft. This is more than just a job-it’s a launchpad into the heart of the aerospace industry.What You’ll Be Doing Assemble intricate components using wire lists, schematics, and verbal instructionsUse hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, screwdrivers, crimpers, and wrenchesIdentify and select correct components for sub-assembly and full system assemblyPerform alignments, adjustments, and setups to maintain quality tolerancesDisassemble, modify, and reassemble units as neededSupport team productivity and may assist in guiding junior assemblersQualifications You’ll NeedHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of hands-on assembly experience, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environmentAbility to read blueprints, interpret wire lists, and follow detailed instructionsStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailWillingness to work onsite and commit to a set shiftThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
