Position: Agents and Business Managers of Artists, Performers, and Athletes

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $45–$80/hour (based on experience)

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–4 weeks (with possible extension)

Commitment: Minimum 15 hrs/week (part-time, flexible)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Design and develop occupation-relevant questions and scenarios drawing on real experiences as an agent or business manager in the arts, entertainment, and recreation sector.
• Review and edit tasks to ensure they reflect authentic professional practices, including contract negotiation, client representation, marketing, and career management.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI teams to refine prompt quality for AI training.
• Ensure content includes business, legal, financial, and marketing perspectives unique to the role.
• Provide structured feedback to improve the accuracy and realism of AI system outputs.
• Manage workflow and communication independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong professional full-time work experience as an Agent or Business Manager of Artists, Performers, and Athletes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
• Strong understanding of client representation, negotiation, contract management, business affairs, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and asynchronously.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebook not supported).
• Not eligible for H1-B or STEM OPT status.
