Wolff Properties is seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician with at least two years of hands-on experience in the multifamily industry. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Turn units for move-in, including light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Diagnose and repair major household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, and washers/dryers
- Troubleshoot and perform basic to intermediate HVAC repairs, including filter changes, thermostat replacements, and minor system diagnostics
- Maintain daily pool operations in accordance with health and safety standards
- Preserve the property’s curb appeal, cleanliness, and functionality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance shops
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
- Must provide own tools
- EPA Universal certification preferred
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and under the direct supervision of the Property Manager
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
