Anticipated Long Term Substitute – Social Worker

Geneseo Central School is seeking a long-term substitute (LTS) Social Worker starting January 2026.Key Responsibilities:

• Provides case management and coordination for students and families requiring multiple resources
• Attends CSE meetings to share information on new referrals and the students that are seen on a regular basis
• Provides special education students individual and group counseling as per their IEP goals
• Provides consultation to classroom teachers on effective management of students on the counseling caseload
• Provides crisis counseling as needed
• Assesses student mental health concerns and refers to outside agencies
