About The Role We are seeking a talented Android Developer to join our dynamic team at ReachMobi. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high-volume mobile applications used by millions globally. You will work within a small, agile team to rapidly create and implement new features, optimize existing functionalities, and enhance user experience. Your contributions will directly influence the growth of our user base, monetization strategies, and overall product performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer passionate about building scalable, innovative Android applications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong, production-level experience developing Android applications using Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous programming.
• Proven expertise in building modern UI with Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with MVVM or similar modern architectural patterns.
• Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced environment where innovation and scalability are key.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles; experience designing intuitive user interfaces is a plus.
• Experience in online advertising or high-scale environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Google Play Billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product-specific features to support user growth, monetization, and retention.
• Implement MVP features and conduct A/B testing to measure user engagement and optimize app performance.
• Maintain and optimize the Android Launcher project, ensuring compatibility with new Android system updates such as Android 10 and 11.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the core structure of our product suite, contributing daily to business needs.
• Monitor analytics to identify areas for performance improvement and enhance overall application stability.
• Handle bug fixing and ensure the application’s crash-free rate remains within 0.3%.
• Work with third-party data sources, libraries, and APIs to integrate new functionalities.
• Estimate development timelines and participate in building a roadmap for product growth and innovation.
