Job Description
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Associate’s degree with 3-4 years of experience
OR - Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience.
Required Skills for the Analyst/Developer:
- .Net Developer
- Microsoft Power Platform
- R
- Python
- Data Analytics
- Ability to manage change
Responsibilities:
- Rapid .NET Development – Build and maintain .NET applications for urgent deliverables such as Learning Moments and other compliance tools. Coordinate with internal IT teams as needed on this request.
- Power BI Reporting & Advanced Analytics – Recreate Safety Stats reports and Environmental Metrics dashboards; develop new dashboards; perform advanced data analysis using Python and R. All the data tables will be new and will need to have new reporting functionality created.
- Automation & App Development – Create Power Automate flows and Power Apps to streamline workflows; integrate tools with new and legacy systems during migration. This will be a phased-out skill as the transition away from Microsoft as the Corporate EHS Platform to .NET as the EHS Platform.
- System Development for New Products – Deliver quick-turn solutions for new products using .NET and modern frameworks
