What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel records and employee information
- Assist in the recruiting process by processing applications, conducting interviews, and tracking applicant flow
- Enter new hire information, personnel changes, and payroll information into the HRIS system
- Answer questions concerning benefits, schedules, and policies while escalating employee concerns when necessary
- Maintain OSHA records and assist in administering on-the-job injury reporting
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for at least 2 years, with intermediate or advanced skills preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain positive relations with internal and external contacts
- Must possess a High School diploma or GED
