AIOps Engineer
- Migrate event ingestion, correlation, and suppression logic from IgniO to KEEP. – Configure KEEP for alert deduplication, correlation, and enrichment. – Integrate KEEP with monitoring tools and ITSM (ServiceNow). – Support testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization. – Strong hands-on experience with Ignio/Moongsift/Any event Management tool. – Experience with Ignio/Moongsift/Keep or similar event management tools. – Solid knowledge of event management, alert correlation, and ITOM.
