What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Identify and mitigate AI-specific threats, including prompt injection and data leakage
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments and recommend controls for AI use
• Perform monitoring and investigation of AI-enabled systems, enhancing detection rules for AI activity
• Support compliance with audit readiness for various standards, including SOC 2 and HIPAA
• Educate stakeholders on AI risks and best practices for secure usage

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-7 years of experience in information security, security operations, application security, or related fields
• Hands-on experience securing AI/LLM applications or internal AI tools
• Strong knowledge of AI governance frameworks, such as NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001
• Experience supporting compliance and audit activities (SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced SaaS environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Background in SOC operations or regulated industries (fintech, payments, healthcare, legal tech)
• Familiarity with privacy/data protection controls in AI contexts
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and drive innovation
