AI Engineer

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Drive technical vision and architect enterprise AI applications across multiple initiatives.

• Integrate LLMs, agent workflows, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics into secure, high-availability, and cost-efficient solutions.

• Partner with product, data science, and engineering leaders to advance Agile, testing, security, and documentation standards.

• Design RAG and agent workflows, and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.

• Build and maintain multi-tenant, high-availability systems with robust observability.

• Establish standards for AI cost management, monitoring, and security.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 10+ years of programming experience with modern front-end frameworks and multiple backend languages (Python preferred).

• Proven track record designing and deploying production AI applications at scale.

• Experience with vector databases and advanced embedding model optimization.

• Expertise with multiple LLM providers and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

• Extensive experience leading technical teams and providing mentorship.

• Expert-level experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization.
