Must Have Skills:
AI Strategy & Roadmapping – Experience developing and executing enterprise AI roadmaps
AI Implementation & Governance – Hands-on deployment of AI platforms, especially Microsoft Copilot/Generative AI
Stakeholder Management – Ability to communicate AI value to senior leadership and secure buy-in
Metrics & KPIs – Defining and tracking success metrics for AI initiatives
Cross-functional Collaboration – Supporting R&D, Marketing, and other business domains with AI capabilities
Technical Background – IT/Business Professional with understanding of AI platforms and integration

The role is heavily focused on AI strategy, implementation, and advocacy

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Advocate AI initiatives to stakeholders and leadership
Implement AI platforms and oversee deployment
Advise teams across the organization on AI use cases
Develop and execute the AI roadmap
Define success metrics (KPIs)
Lead deployment and adoption of Generative AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot
Support business domains (R&D, Marketing) with AI capabilities
Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI solutions
