Since 2018 Elevate Aircraft Seating has been enhancing the passenger experience through innovative aircraft seat design and manufacturing With locations in California Washington and Germany we are guided by creativity collaboration and a shared commitment to quality We are looking for a skilled Aftermarket Business Analyst to join our team in Bothell WA This is an on site position based in Bothell WA We value teamwork inclusivity and continuous professional development and we offer competitive benefits along with opportunities for growth JOB SUMMARY The Aftermarket Business Analyst leads the onsite aftermarket team by monitoring and reviewing the performance of internal suppliers and their Service Level Agreements SLAs The role involves ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded driving performance improvements and providing actionable insights to enhance customer support The Aftermarket Business Analyst fosters collaboration across teams and delivers regular reports to Aftermarket Management and Senior Leadership ensuring the highest level of aftermarket service SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES Essential Functions Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Track and analyze internal supplier performance against SLAs Identify trends inefficiencies and areas for improvement using performance data Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility on SLA compliance Escalate and resolve SLA breaches with actionable recommendations Collaborate with internal suppliers to understand challenges and implement solutions Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate discussions to improve service delivery Act as a point of contact for customer escalations related to aftermarket services Collaborate with the aftermarket support team to align supplier performance with customer needs Lead and mentor team members fostering their professional growth and performance Delegate tasks effectively ensuring team alignment with aftermarket objectives Prepare and present performance reports to Aftermarket Management and Senior Leadership Recommend strategies to optimize supplier performance and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain a safe secure and legal work environment adhering to all Company policies and procedures Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Protect the confidentiality of the Companys information and products Perform other duties and projects as assigned or requested GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Education Knowledge and Experience Education Bachelors Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred a combination of related experience and education may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree Experience Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience Skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven approach Effective communication skills both verbal and written Proficiency in tools such as Excel Power Point or other analytics platforms Ability to identify and deliver results on time and within budget Knowledge of SLA frameworks and aftermarket operations highly desirable Other Extended or irregular hours may be requiredMust be authorized to work in the United StatesElevate Aircraft Seating is an at will employer; employment is at the mutual consent of both the employee and the employer and may be terminated at will for any reason with or without cause at any time during employment with the CompanyAs business conditions warrant a change in the operating necessities of the Company all employees are expected to react productively handle other essential tasks assigned now or in the futureSUPERVISION PROVIDED TO THE POSITION Direction with necessary guidance is provided in terms of tasks and craftsmanship and measured based upon how well tasks have been completed Receives detailed instructions as needed PROBLEM SOLVING Develop and provide solutions to complex problems based on established precedents and are consistent with organization objectivesWorks under general supervision and no instructions are needed for routine workIndependently determines and develops approaches to solutionsLANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Elevate Aircraft Seating offers competitive wages and benefits to recognize employees for their work Actual salaries will vary depending on experience and geographic location Salary Range Transparency 90000 110000 annually Featured Benefits Up to 7 bonus potential for bonus eligible positionsGenerous 401K matching with immediate eligibility and vesting3 weeks of Paid Time Off12 paid holidaysAffordable health care plans for yourself and your familyAnd so much moreOther Perks Potential for growth within organizationSupportive workplace environment with a team oriented culture
