About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking an After Action Review (AAR) Administrator to join us. We are seeking an experienced After Action Review (AAR) Administrator to support ongoing mission requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience managing AAR processes, administering Milestone XProtect AAR or equivalent systems, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of review documentation and multimedia assets. Supports law enforcement training AAR systems; requires camera/video workflow expertise .
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and administer all aspects of the After Action Review (AAR) process.
- Configure, maintain, and support Milestone XProtect AAR or comparable platforms.
- Ensure proper collection, storage, and retrieval of recordings, logs, and mission-critical data.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to capture key events and produce high-quality AAR outputs.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform routine maintenance, and support version upgrades.
- Maintain detailed documentation, configuration records, and AAR process workflows.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on AAR tools and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all security, privacy, and data retention requirements.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- 5 years of hands-on experience as an After Action Review (AAR) Administrator.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Certified in Milestone XProtect AAR OR equivalent verifiable experience
Additional Require ments: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
