Drive Connectivity-Build the Future of TelecommunicationsPDS Tech Commercial is hiring a detail-driven Administrator Construction Manager to support critical telecom infrastructure projects in Bradenton, FL this high-impact role, you’ll oversee fiber and broadband network construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in expanding digital connectivity across communities.About the Role
As an Administrator Construction Manager, you’ll lead contractor oversight and manage field-based outside plant (OSP) construction operations. With approximately 80% of your time spent in the field, your leadership will directly shape project outcomes and network expansion. This is a 6-month, full-time consultant role offering steady, hands-on work in a growing industry.What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day OSP construction activities and contractor performanceConduct pre- and post-construction inspections to verify quality and complianceCoordinate with municipalities, utilities, and internal teams to ensure project successMonitor budgets and project expenditures for accuracy and efficiencyHandle material management, accurate project reporting, invoicing, and documentationInvestigate and report plant damage incidentsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, permitting, Work Zone Protection (WZP), and Traffic Control Plans (TCP)Attend pre-construction meetings and manage project schedulingCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, project management, and other departmentsWhat You Bring In-depth knowledge of OSP construction standards, practices, unit descriptions, and SSP contractsStrong understanding of state, local, and company safety requirementsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work outdoors in various conditions, perform physical site work, and conduct field inspectionsWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight travelValid driver’s licensePreferred Experience with light testing at network hubsWhy Join Us?
